The Housing and Development Law Institute (HDLI) is a nationwide non-profit member organization whose mission is to serve as a legal resource to public housing and redevelopment agencies, their developers and legal counsel.

Student Membership

HDLI is now offering a student membership for currently enrolled students who want to gain legal insight into the affordable housing industry and network with practicing lawyers and housing officials.

Why Should a Student Join HDLI?

  •   Knowledge - student members receive all of HDLI's periodicals and informative mailings that highlight current legal developments and trends in the public and affordable housing industry.

  •   Job Networking - student members can attend HDLI annual conferences and training at discounted member rates and are able to meet attorneys, housing officials, and other decision-makers in the affordable housing industry.

  •   Distinquish Yourself -student members adding HDLI membership to their resumes separate themselves from the pack of other cookie-cutter student resumes and have something interesting to talk about at job interviews.
