A housing agency's annual HDLI membership fee is based on the
number of units the agency owns or manages, including both Section
8 and public housing. Fees for other agencies are based on
city population. A combined housing and redevelopment agency
pays one fee at the higher rate. NAHRO members receive a discount
on their HDLI membership fees.

The annual membership fee for law firms and other service
businesses is $595.
