HDLI Member Services...

Many of our members find the most valuable part of their membership is the consultative assistance HDLI provides concerning individual legal questions. While HDLI does not undertake legal representations, it can supply information to answer a wide range of legal inquiries, perform brief legal research projects, and assist members and their counsel in evaluating and solving legal problems. HDLI also assists its members by appearing as amicus in appropriate appellate cases, subject to approval by the Institute's Board of Directors.
